2025 Juuga Year in Review
In 2025, we’ve gained a deeper understanding of AI and our core values as a small service-based business. That means building and maintaining relationships, communicating internally and with clients, delivering quality work, and generating results that resonate with our valued clients. I want to express my gratitude to you all, for your continued support throughout the past year.
Earlier in the year, We stepped out of our comfort zone and participated in various trade shows, including dental conference and building industry trade show. We met many of our customers and new friends who are interested in our services.

We also began hosting networking events with our Summer internship student. We’re learning the logistics and challenges of working with event partners, and we plan to continue this in 2026.

We’ve remained actively involved in the local, tech and marketing community, participating in Vancouver Startup Week, which I’ve been a long-time supporter of, and the impressive Web Summit. I have become a Board Director of the BC Chapter of the American Marketing Association, in addition to my involvement with the Burnaby Board of Trade. Gurmandeep had taken a mentorship program with the BCAMA, and learned lots from her mentor. Gurmandeep had also been a driving force in networking, attending weekly BNI meetings and BBOT events while I was attending to daddy-duty.

Looking ahead in 2026, we anticipate AI will continue to serve as a co-pilot to human creativity and decision-making. Our role as a marketing agency is to convey our clients’ needs and creativity, utilizing the ever-evolving AI tools. We will continue to promote our digital marketing framework of branding, websites, SEO, social media, paid advertising and automation as Applied Marketing.
Digital marketing is constantly evolving, as evidenced by the growing number of consumers shifting their search habits beyond Google. People are now turning to platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and even social media like Instagram for information. The changing behaviour is prompting us to embrace GEO, or Generative Engine Optimization in terms of blog content and social media video consumption. We begin to measure the number of AI bots reaching our clients’ websites, which showed initial success from some of our longer clients.
Juuga is more than just a marketing agency. Beyond providing our clients with applied marketing services, we’re committed to sharing valuable marketing insights. In this coming year, I’ve made a commitment to share more of these insights in the forms of blogs, videos, and newsletters.

Thank you for your past year’s support.
Wishing you all a healthy, restful holiday season. We’ll begin 2026 with continued momentum.
