1.  Create Different Landing pages

Focus on a specific niche market – such as certain industry that you are familiar with, or a specific type of demographics that you have knowledge of.  Be as specific as you can, and you will be able to focus your marketing effort to drive the right traffic to the right landing page.

2. Google Ads & Facebook/Instagram Ads

Google Ads often uncover intentions.  If people are looking to buy or sell immediately, they will look on Google.  Because you will not be the only professional that is advertising on Google, having very specific keywords will help you lower your ad cost, and raises your Click-Through Rate.  For example, if you are an accountant, consider “Quick books tax account in Vancouver” instead of “Vancouver accountants” as the long-tail keywords tend to have higher rate of return.

Facebook Ads are strong with their users’ demographics and interests.  If you are a realtor selling a single family home, you may want to target your ads to those who are recently married or became parent; or if you are looking for empty nesters, you may want to target to those who are grandparents.  

3. Website Conversion Widgets

When a visitor is browsing on a website and is ready to engage, the chat widget is the fastest, most effective way to engage with the customer.  We do not recommend automated chat widget options, simply because of the current AI technology has not reached to maturity (Google, Microsoft, and Facebook are working on it…).  In the mean time, a chat widget that connects to your staff or your own phone will be the best way to engage.
