2. Segment Your List

When entering these emails into your system, remember to have a way to segment them.  Are they potential buyers? sellers? What range of pricing were they looking for? What neighbourhood are they looking at? 

The finer the detail you can input in your CRM, the easier it is to find the right way to nurture.

3. Automating Your Process
